I hve been ttc for the past 3 months now and have recently started to get into checking my CM etc..

This month and last month I noticed that a few days after my period ended which would be around CD 5/6 ( as I have short bleeds ) my CM was EWCM and I was feeling frisky etc..

Now on CD14 when I technically should be ovulating my CM has gone thick, white and sticky. This is normal for me at this time in my cycle and not an infection. BUT...I know this isn't good for BD'ing !!

I have googled it but all sites more or less say it wouldn't be possible to ovulate this early or if so it would be incredibly rare ? ?

Any ideas ???

Hi jojazzy1982 , I think it is possible to ovulate at any time during your cycle, esp if they are are irregular. Remember too that those tests detect the surge in hormones PRIOR to ovulation.
Also, this is a very old thread so you may get more replies if you started a new one. Alternatively there are quite a few current ttc threads that you could join. They're all really helpful on friendly on there. Good luck.
