I've been constipated, bloated and had some tenderness around my pubic bone for the last 7 - 10 days, i originally thought i might have a prolapse or kidney infection but the doctor says not. Over the last 2 days i've also had loads of ewcm and felt more wet than normal so i was wondering whether it could be ovulation? Is constipation a symptom? And how can i help it go away, i feel so uncomfortable. I don't know where in my cycle i am, i'm very irregular its about day 53 (hpt neg) any advice?
