Too soon after m/c?

I have one DS (26 months) and had a mc on 30th Aug at 8 weeks (happened very quickly after scan showed baby had died at 6 weeks). My cycle is pretty regular and I normally ovulate @ 12-15th of the month. I felt I was ovulating at the weekend and used my sticks which confirmed I was.

Cue big chat with DH.. is it too soon to try after m/c etc. but we decided to go for it and had sex Mon/Tues night.

The following mornings I have had v. painful trapped wind/period cramp type stomach pains which are intense for @ 10 mins, causing me to feel sick then it passes and I'm fine.

Anyone had this and could it be becaue my body is still trying to get back to normal (my post m/c bleeding had stopped).

Am I totally crazy for even trying again so soon?

Not crazy at all - my 2 year old is the aftermath of mc#3 - ERPC 28th August, BFP October 17th with no period in between.

Consultant said that there was no risk unless it was a complex or late mc.

Fingers crossed for you
