Pre-Pregnancy books...? Any recommendations?

DP and I want to start trying for kids within next few months - hence my sudden obsession with MN! We're starting entirely from scratch and before I even start talking to friends and family, would like to educate myself at least a bit. Can anyone recommend some generic "getting pregnant" books? I did a quick amazon search and was seriously overwhelmed by the sheer volume of options out there.

I recommend the Zita West book, though it does get a bit alternative at times

Thanks Yellowflowers. Which one though? There seem to be a zillion? Are they all more or less the same book?

Taking Charge of Your Fertility by Toni Welscher is a well written and informative guide to 'the science bit' with plenty of good advice. She is more objective and less evangelical than many other writers.

Getting Pregnant by Zita West.

Thanks! I'll look at both of these.
