DAY 23 - FEEL SICK - ANY TRICKS TO STOPPING MIND WORKING OVERTIME?

Hi there fellow TTCs. We've been trying for no 2 for 14 months. Last 5 days I've felt quite sick and its driving me mad as my mind is working overtime - ie worked out birth date, thought about names, imagined telling DS1, grandparents, friends, colours for nursery . . .the usual madness. Have had a couple of cycles where have felt sick before but nothing has happened apart from a dodgy period - doc said egg probably didn't stick. i don't know how I can get through the next 5 - 6 days without sending myself barmy. I can't stop my mind working overtime. Any advice? I'd rather be realistic (didn't look like I ovulated at all this month so chances are very slim) but I'm losing rationality. . . .thanks in advance
