im starting to get a bit scared now (i know that sounds daft given how long we have been ttc for)

OP posts:
WorzselMummage · 01/08/2008 11:52

Naa i understand.

i'm bloody terrified !

Heebychick · 01/08/2008 12:50

I'm scared too!

Sure i am pregnant but why no BFP???

Good luck tomorrow Lissie ... will be thinking of you xx

OracleInaCoracle · 01/08/2008 13:50

which test did you use heeby?

OP posts:
Heebychick · 01/08/2008 18:02

I used an internet cheapie - from access diagnostics, supposed to be a 10miu one.

Someone on a different thread suggested they are not that reliable and to get a clear blue one, which i have now so will test again on sunday i think.

Spoke to Dr who says she would put money on me being pregnant!! she thinks i was only 3 weeks when implantation happened therefore i am only 4 weeks now, hence too early maybe.

She suggested doing another test in a few days and if not she will send me for a blood test if i still ave symptoms and no AF.

I feel tons better as at least this uncertainty will end soon, one way or another.

What test do you have?

WorzselMummage · 01/08/2008 20:49

Lissie good luck for tomorrow !

Big sprinkle of the dust and a good slosh of glue too if required !

OracleInaCoracle · 01/08/2008 21:23

thanks, im a bit nervous now. no sign of period at all!

i have a boots one for tomorrow (wish id bought a cb now though) and am vvv nervous. agree the AD tests are a bit pants, everything crossed for you x

OP posts:
RipMacWinkle · 01/08/2008 21:41

lissie - best of luck for tomorrow.

Am really, really hoping for your BFP!

I've still got another week to go. Soooo sloooooow

OracleInaCoracle · 01/08/2008 21:49

thank you rip, how are you holding out?

OP posts:
RipMacWinkle · 01/08/2008 22:05

Ah you know. Desperately trying to convince myself i'm not while desperately hoping I am.

But after our early MC, now I know that getting the BFP is only the start.... depressing, eh?

Fingers et al are crossed for you missus

OracleInaCoracle · 01/08/2008 22:10

thanks. ikwym, its sad that ttc changes so much after a mc. im sure thats the only reason i am able to hold off testing now. when we first started (3 long y ago) i was testing on CD21. now im putting off testing at CD30.

OracleInaCoracle · 02/08/2008 12:25

bfn. but still no period, no sign that its even on its way (sorry if tmi) normally a few days before my period i get a bit of a iffy tum. but ive been a bit the other way this week, so naturally now im worried about an ep!

OP posts:
Heebychick · 02/08/2008 18:40

Hi lissie sorry to hear of your bfn.

Isn't it strange, i'm exactly the same, what are the sypmtoms of ep?

i am going to take a clear blue one tomorrow but i'm doubtful.

I still 'feel' very pregnant, all the symptoms are there but no bfp.

How do you feel symptom wise?

OracleInaCoracle · 02/08/2008 19:02

i have none whatsoever!

an eps syptoms vary, i found that i had terrible backache and a dull ache on my left side

OP posts:
Heebychick · 02/08/2008 19:47

Oh now i've had a really painful back since last night, nothing in the front but my back is really bad. I thought i had trapped a nerve or something as it feels like what i expect sciatica to feel like, pain in bottom etc??

Worried now!

OracleInaCoracle · 02/08/2008 20:28

sorry. i didnt get my backache until i was 6w though. test tomorrow and if you get a bfp see your gp and ask for bloods. im sure its nothing.

OP posts:
Heebychick · 02/08/2008 20:53

Ok, will do. You can imagine all sorts can't you. Although i'm pretty sure mine is sciatica, it fits the bill and i think i know how i did it (bending down quickly to pick up washing!)

Ok i'll test tomorrow and let you know.

What is your next move?

OracleInaCoracle · 02/08/2008 20:56

just waiting. if no period by tues i will get a CB, if none by weds i will see my gp and ask for bloods. i cant afford to take any chances now tbh

OP posts:
AbstractMouse · 02/08/2008 20:58

Hi lissie sorry to crash, but which boots one did you have?

OracleInaCoracle · 02/08/2008 21:00

it was the normal. when i was pg with ds i didnt get a bfp til i was 7w and i tend to only get faint bfp's

OP posts:
OracleInaCoracle · 02/08/2008 21:01

oh, and the test line was vvv weak.

OP posts:
OracleInaCoracle · 02/08/2008 21:17

feck, had some old blood (sorry if tmi) on my pants (only a spot) and none when i went to the loo. surely this is too late for implantation?

OP posts:
Heebychick · 02/08/2008 23:07

If it's old blood it could be just something being expelled? i wouldn't worry. See what happens in the morning, let me know ok xx

OracleInaCoracle · 02/08/2008 23:09

will do. what time will you test do you think?

OP posts:
RipMacWinkle · 03/08/2008 07:57

Aw lissie - logged on this morning and was hoping to see your bfp.

Agree with Heeby though - surely old blood is a better sign than fresh stuff?

Still keeping it all crossed...
