Have you tested ?

wheelybug · 02/07/2008 19:15

My period was a bit later following HSG but I think it meant I ovulated later. Do you know when you ovulated ?

OracleInaCoracle · 02/07/2008 19:15

nope, dont feel pg at all! and if im perfectly honest, im scared of getting a bfp.

Flamesparrow · 02/07/2008 19:17

Read this as "a hysterectomy"

WorzselMummage · 02/07/2008 19:18

Could you be pg ?

are you 100% sure you ovulated ?

OracleInaCoracle · 02/07/2008 19:18

lol flame.

It could do depending on how much you bled following the HSG. If you bled quite a bit, esp in middle of your cycle, then there could be little lining left to come away and not enough new lining built up - so the blood that was there may wel have been absorbed by the body and not enough to come out as a period.

I can't really say regards mine as I was taking lots of hormone tablets following it as part of my treatment; so my period was delayed until I had finishd them anyway.

OracleInaCoracle · 02/07/2008 19:20

yep, had the pains and the ewcm. i suppose i could be pg. we havent been tying properly this month, but its possible

Sometimes it is just late - mine finally arrived last night, no cramping, no nothing, just late. Why not call your doctor in the morning and ask his opinion.

WorzselMummage · 02/07/2008 19:21

there is only one thing to do eh.

if you are i wil pray for a sticky one for you

OracleInaCoracle · 02/07/2008 19:21

thanks. im probably not pg. i didnt bleed that much tbh, but i did have a small infection aftward.

OP posts:
WorzselMummage · 03/07/2008 13:16

It will be worh it in the end though.

OracleInaCoracle · 03/07/2008 13:30

buttercupbabe · 03/07/2008 16:04

Hi try not to lose faith. Try and hold on until tomorrow to test (tricky I know). I had a lap n dye and hysteroscopy last Nov and dc 2 is now due sept. I had just about given up with the ttc but had a v pleasant surprise when I got my bfp in Jan. I have another friend who go her bfp shortly after a hysteroscopy. I really hope you get lucky too.

OracleInaCoracle · 03/07/2008 18:51

thank you. good new, period is here! and none of this "spotting" malarky a proper, normal, not too painful period!!
