Bleeding for 7 hours then nothing

Has anyone bled a lot lighter for usual on the day they're due on, then totally stopped?

It happened for about 7 hours and started pink then turned red. I've never experienced this before. I also don't have my usual cramps, I have cramps but I'd say it's more like an elastic band pulling around my stomach.

Are you asking if this could be an implantation bleed?

I noticed it twice. Both times it was the tiniest speck of pinky/yellow on toilet paper. Nothing on underwear or on wiping again, and literally a 2mm speck. Wishing you all the best x
