Would anyone like to join? We are going to start TTC for baby no.2 this month. I am predicting my ovulation to be around this weekend but I am out of touch with it all a bit now! Would love to find some people TTC at the same time!

I hope you have a lovely week away, the TWW always goes so much quicker with a distraction!

Thank you ❤️, I know what you mean about it helping to chat to people going through the same journey. I think my partner is getting a bit bored of me talking about my cycle all the time haha, although he does ask me if I’m surging! 😂😂

omg yes mine too, how do they deal with us?! 🤣 thankful for these forums and lovely women like you on the same journey 🤍

WodgerWabbit · 26/10/2026 10:53

I will join again this month! Cycle 5 of TTC #2 this month. I think I'm currently 1DPO so the next 2 weeks are going to drag so much!

TheGoldSeal · 26/10/2026 11:53

Would love to join. Second month TTC, last cycle I concieved but pregnancy ended at 6 weeks on 11th october, tried doing the LH strips this time and think I missed my peak around cd14 into cd 15. I get ovulation pain every month and had it on both these days, with cd14 being stronger then easing off throughout cd15, had dark tests both evenings but never saw the line get dark as the control line.
Anyway, I'm calling today 2dpo. Hoping you all get BFPs soon!

Latethirtysmum · 26/10/2026 12:31

Hi Everyone, Would love to join also, 8DPO today. Said I wouldn’t get obsessed but I’m here obsessing 🫣

LegoVsFoot · 26/10/2026 13:39

Hi all, 8dpo today :) first cycle ttc with what will be a 4-year gap.

Have been very headachey, cramping, diarrhoea (sorry tmi), and have had vivid dreams, breast tenderness and back pain.

This are all my usual AF symptoms. One minute I'm excited and hopeful, the next am just counting the days to try again!

Latethirtysmum · 26/10/2026 15:22

@LegoVsFoot love the username haha! I’m also 8DPO. And my age gap would be over 5 years.

When will you test? I did one today just to get it out of my system as I was driving myself round the bend. Obviously it was negative.

Wishing you luck!

Good luck this month sorry about your loss. I had a d&c after one of my losses and fell pregnant with my son next cycle. So wishing you lots of luck.🍀

Ah nice! I'm going to try not to test until AF is late so around 16dpo for me - what about you?

Good luck to you too 💕was out shopping yesterday and had the urge to grab some newborn babygros - the tww is so brutal 😂

You have amazing will power! I’ve tested again today. BFN.. I don’t why I tell myself I’m going to be casual about it when I am not! Haha

ahh I know what you mean, It’s been that long since I’ve had a newborn I haven’t kept anything. It would be really lovely to buy newborn again.

TheGoldSeal · 27/10/2026 21:15

Has this happened to anyone else before..

I thought I ovulated sometime between CD 14/CD15 - had the aches and CM 4/5days previous. I dried up on CD15. The aches were gone by that evening.

Yesterday, CD 16, I got sharp pains in my right ovary from 4pm, I did a lh test and it came up dark, not much darker than the previous day. (First time using these strip tests). The pain was how my usual ovulation pain feels - sharp, stabbing pain in my right ovary. As I lay down to put my toddler to bed, I started feeling the same pain in my left ovary, within ten minutes of eachother. I never feel both ovaries have this pain, within minutes of eachother!?
So I'm guessing i actually ovulated on CD 16, and am 1dpo today? And the aches I felt on CD 14 & 15 was just my ovaries gearing up to ovulate?
I know my body can be a bit off giving the early loss I had earlier this month. Just thought it was weird that I felt pain in both ovaries, and am hoping I did actually ovulate??

CatLady93 · 27/10/2026 21:27

How strange! If I were you I would probably estimate ovulation for 15dpo as it’s in the middle of the two. The pain on 16dpo could’ve been post ovulation discomfort, annoyingly it’s impossible to know 😭 Good luck!! X

cutepumpkin · 28/10/2026 06:44

My ovulation this month is 4/5 days late when it’s usually like clockwork, I usually ovulate on CD 16/17 but here I am on CD 21 ovulating today. I only got my peak LH strip yesterday afternoon so most likely it’s happening today. This is so out of the ordinary for me, my cycles are usually like clockwork, I am glad it seems like I am ovulating though because I was worrying that I haven’t been getting my LH positive. The most annoying thing is husband has been away now for 2 days so hoping we havent lost our chances this month. We baby danced cycle day 15,16,17,18,19 so hoping this covers it 🤞 anyone experienced a cycle like this before?

january1244 · 28/10/2026 07:02

@cutepumpkin that’s so annoying when you’ve made effort of five days in a row also! Have you been poorly or travelling or stressed recently? Mine was late last month, from stress and some business travel I think.

When I conceived my second, it must have been from sperm waiting, as she was a surprise and I was away when I’d have typically been ovulating. We only had sex once that month, due to a business trip, and staying with family also. So I definitely think you’ve still got a good chance

I know, worst timing ever!! I have been travelling every couple of weeks at the moment so I think that could definitely be a factor.

Ahh, thank you for letting me know that, that’s definitely reassured me that I’m not fully out for this cycle. I’ve had EWCM since CD15 so I guess that’s also a good sign. Fingers crossed 🤞

I have definitely been there before but hate seeing a negative test more than anything! So would rather af just show up if it's going to!

Same with me, we moved last year and I got rid of all the baby stuff - changing mat, high chair, buggy, clothes...I hung onto them for so long and then figured there was no point cluttering the new house with it...

How are you feeling? I'm still not sure, feeling different every minute 🙃

Sounds like you hyperovulated - it's more common after a loss - has happened to me - so if you conceive this month you have a chance of twins 💕

I’m feeling quite negative about this cycle. I feel like I’m symptom spotting but actually probably just normal cycle symptoms.

I think because with other pregnancies (failed and successful I have generally had positives at 9/10dpo so I am praying I have implanted later if at all. I need to just give my head a wobble.

I wont give my life story but my dad passed away early September and I am praying for some good news. Maybe that’s why I am obsessing so much as I’m trying to distract from grief but actually making myself feel stressed.

I’m going to keep busy today. Do you have any plans for the next few days?

Crazy! Did you have twins??

I've never felt ovulation from both ovaries at the same time it was weird!

I’m so sorry to hear about your dad, I can fully understand why you want this so much.

I can completely relate with that negative feeling every cycle, some days I’m hopeful other days I think will it ever happen? I’ve taken quite a different approach this cycle, all my symptoms from last cycle I wrote them down in my notes, so when I start to feel symptoms I read my notes and it kind of reminds me I need to stop symptom spotting and that luteal symptoms mirror early pregnancy symptoms and I just let me body do what it needs to do. I’ve banned myself from Chat GPT and any kind of TTC social media this TWW, I’m picking up my book instead, I have booked acupuncture and I’m doing things I know make me feel more relaxed. But I know it’s hard, wanting it so much and constantly feeling like you’re spending your life waiting for it to happen. I really have my fingers crossed for you, I hope you get your little miracle 🤞x

Thankyou!! That’s a really good approach! Have you tried acupuncture before? You will have to let us know how that goes 🥰 I love the idea of a picking up a book or something relaxing to distract. I may order a new book 🤍

Next month I already know is a no go as DH is away during fertile window. And I’m actually ok with that as I know in advance.

I’ve been off work since my dad died so I think I need to get back to work and get back into a routine.

Wishing you so much luck for your miracle also!

I haven’t tried acupuncture before, I have my first session tonight. Hopefully supposed to be good for relaxation which is definitely what I need in TWW! The books definitely help me, just takes you out of your own mind for a while as it’s easy to get wrapped up in reading so much about TTC.

I hope things get start to get easier for you after loosing your dad, I can imagine it has been tough. Sending you lots of strength 🤍
