Would anyone like to join? We are going to start TTC for baby no.2 this month. I am predicting my ovulation to be around this weekend but I am out of touch with it all a bit now! Would love to find some people TTC at the same time!

Hello! I’m a bit late but would love to join. We’re going to start TTC for baby #2 this cycle. I am nervous but excited 👀 definitely feels weird to be back on the conception thread on Mumsnet. How old is everyone’s other babies? Mine is 18 months. It’ll definitely be a different experience this time.

Welcome! My little girl is only just coming up 14 months. Planned to start trying early next year for a 2 year gap, but started a bit earlier due to DH being able to have more paternity leave if we have a summer baby! So all being well I’ll have a 22 month gap… never thought I’d have 2 under 2 but I do like the idea of them growing up close in age 🥰

Hi! Hope it’s ok to join and hope everyone’s doing ok :) I’m 7 or 8dpo today, trying for baby no.2. Has anyone used the boots early tests before? I had this lil shadow this morning but I’m v reluctant to call it anything just yet! I know it’s early etc!

@CatLady93 I’ve always found those tests pretty reliable. Is it that the line is only a couple mm away from the control? I can’t see really well in the picture sorry

@january1244Thank you yeah I thought they were supposed to be pretty reliable! So the line is a bit further over than that - but it’s so barely there haha! I tested again today and nothing more than that.. 8/9dpo so still very early I suppose.. we shall see. Where are you in your cycle/TTC journey? X

Also joining! Don't know how many dpo, but I'm busy symptom spotting as my app predicts AF in 9 days. First month trying again, so I can't remember if these are normal PMS symptoms or not.

I think you’re similar to me @peanutmmmy period should be ten days ish I think. How many children have you got?

I’ve had these cheeky fellas this morning. I think I’m 9dpo. They’re both a bit pink in person and came up within 3 mins.. eek. Digital says not pregnant though!

@CatLady93 I can't see anything in your pictures, but you are still early! With one of mine I didn't test positive until like a week past my expected period, so don't give up hope until AF comes!

Speaking of, my body was definitely acting like early pregnancy symptoms that I normally have rather than pms and my period isn't due until end of next week, but woke up really crampy this morning and am bleeding bright red blood. So guess I am out this month. Good luck to everyone else!

I’m CD18 and very excited this morning as I got my first ever solid smiley with one test to spare (usually have long flashing smiley rises and run out of tests 😂). I also did an LH strip where the lines were very nearly as dark!

I’m also starting to understand and trust my body a bit more as noticed a lot of ewcm yesterday, which is also reassuring.

I’ll be starting the TWW on Sunday!

Ahh that’s amazing, it’s such a positive feeling when our bodies show us that it’s doing what it’s supposed to 😁

I am currently on CD16, with ovulation usually around CD17/18 so I will be entering the lovely TWW on Monday. This is our 6th cycle of trying so really hoping this is the one but also aware that it is still early so just keeping hopeful! Praying this is our cycle and sending you lots of baby dust 🤞xx

Are you trying for your first? We are, this is our 6th cycle too! 2nd one trying again after an early MMC in July.

Hopefully we can keep each other company in the TWW!

Ahh yes, we are the same!! We are trying for our first. In all honesty I actually thought trying for a baby was so easy until we started, it’s been a rollercoaster! 🤣 it can be very lonely at times so being a part of these forums and speaking to people on the same journey definitely helps. 🤍

@peanutmmoh no how much blood? It’s very tough to say, I don’t get symptoms til after my period is late. I think some people can see post implantation symptoms on their fitness watches (RHR) and if they temp the temperatures staying high. But I don’t do those

hi everyone, currently TTC #2. Due period in 2 days according to Flo took a test but not sure if Evap lines?

I can see a very faint line but not sure if it’s an evap line. I use red dye tests as they don’t tend to leave evap lines. Maybe give it a couple of days and then try again. Best of luck 🤞

Thank you ❤️, I know what you mean about it helping to chat to people going through the same journey. I think my partner is getting a bit bored of me talking about my cycle all the time haha, although he does ask me if I’m surging! 😂😂

That is exciting and reassuring.
I am on CD13 not really much going on I should be ovulating tomorrow or Sunday so we shall see!
I’m away next week so it’ll be a nice distraction
