TMI - has anybody experienced this before?

Hi, just wondering if anybody could shed some light on this please that has maybe been through similar, as I can’t find any information online.

Last month I noticed these little brown fibers when I wiped and it has started again today. I’m 3DPO and roughly a week out from my period. Which is similar to when it started last cycle. But last month is the first time It started happening to me. I do plan on going to the GP about it but as appointments take so long I thought i’d ask on here in the mean time.

Hi. No, no extra symptoms. It just started happening randomly last month and now this month around a week from my expected period x

It could just be your uterus starting to shed very very slowly
