Pregnant post ectopic !!

Hi,
Im new here and looking for some reassurance and positive stories.
I had an ectopic PUL August 2025, treated with methotrexate.
I already have 2 children, 6 and 8.
My periods have been so irregular since the ectopic, averaging 47 days between cycles.

According to my app, I am 13 days post period due. And I did have a small bleed 10 days ago, which lasted about 2 hours , which I thought was my period starting , but tailed off very quickly, pinky brown blood.

I got strong positive and 2-3 on CB yesterday.
Im so terrified of being told no baby again, I havent called EPU yet.

My symptoms are just hunger feeling, and slight nausea. Very similar symptoms to the last ectopic, and very different to my previous two pregnancies .

Can anyone offer any words of wisdom, and reassurance of their positive pregnancies at ectopic please ?

I was in a similar situation. Ectopic then positive pregnancy test one year later. You must phone EPU. As you are probably aware one ectopic, depending on any damage/scar tissue can leave you vulnerable to another. I went to EPU v quickly. My right tube was damaged after my first ectopic. HOWEVER - the scan showed the pregnancy was in the right place and I delivered a healthy baby later (and went on to have 2 more healthy pregnancies).

First pregnancy was ectopic. Tube almost ruptured and had to be removed along with the ovary on that side. Had first son a year later then went on the have another son when I was a bit older. Hang in there x

I think i want to get to the end of this week, ans hope for a 3+ on CB then ring epu.

My last ectopic, I had no symptoms at all, I only booked an early scan as I was being impatient!

The only thing that concerned me was my Cb digitals kept going from 2-3 to 1-2 (chronic over tester - I've since learnt my lesson!)

Update today's test. Consistent strong postives . I rang epu, and have a scan booked for 19th.
Im still terrified of being told they cant find baby again

This morning I was feeling positive about my Consistent tests. But ive since google and told that test progression means nothing in terms of ectopics.

Did you find line progression different with your ectopic v your healthy pregnancy?
