We’ve started investigating why we’re not getting pregnant with the GP, who has asked for bloods CD2-5 snd CD21, and then will make a referral. We’re going into month 12 of TTC now. I had my day 21 progesterone level back today (not discussed with dr but seen on nhs app) and my level has come back as 20. I’m confused about what this means, as it says a result over 30 indicates ovulation but between 15-30 could mean you still ovulated but to repeat the test. I’m interested to hear what people’s experiences are with this? I had mentioned to the dr that I rarely get a very strong ovulation test line with OPKs - I do get a rise each month mid cycle but it is usually not that high. I’ve only ever seen a really strong result 3-4 times and two of those times I have fallen pregnant (one successful pregnancy, one early miscarriage).
Typically I normally ovulate around CD14-16 but this cycle I didn’t get a rise on my ovulation tests until CD19. I arranged the test for 7-8 days from then so it should have been at the right time around 7 days before my expected period (not actually day 21).
