TTC - What one thing worked?

Hello,

I posted last night about Preseed. I am obviously thinking about this today and just wondering if there was one thing that worked for anyone! If you'd been TTC for a while with no luck, was there one change or one thing that worked?! We have been ever more watchful of dates and times and levels of various things, to no avail so far. Is there a magic trick??

Definitely dont just focus on ovulation, I got pregnant when I thought it wasnt poss as so close to my period.

Thanks. We do have sex throughout the month (except when I'm on my period). But around ovulation we have been trying to do it every day.

My friend was trying TTC for 18 months. She asked if I thought that it was a problem the ejaculate ran out of her body when she stood up. I advised her to stand on her head after sex. She got pregnant first month. It’s worth a try.

Ha! Yes! This is just the sort of madness I want.

I haven't tried that, but maybe next time 😀
