feeling desperate

Hi everyone. not been on mumsnet for a long while. After 2 mcs, then a terrible situation where a congentital issue meant a termination at 16 wks we feel ready to try again. We get pregnant pretty quick in our experience (and very very sorry for anyone who does not) but am desperate at the mo to be pregnant, even knowing how sickn I feel when pregnant. Don't know what I am asking from anyone but just wanted to say this, if that makes sense.

Hello. I can't pretend to understand how you feel because I've not been in that situation. I have had one mc between dd and ds and can sympathise with that desperation to get pregnant again.

I really hope things work out ok for you. I'm sure you will soon conceive xx

God, this post sounds very souless for abnyone struggling to comnceive, but we started trying on new year's day 2007 andstill nowhere so please understand that it is hard for me too.

Thanks Stripeytiger (love the name!). It's funny, have not felt quite this desperate until now - scheduled BDing, masses of Vits - poor DH but he's taking it all very well! Ahhhhhh! It's not that I want a baby, but I want children, cuddles, squeezing squidgy legs, snotty kisses, blowing raspberries on tummies and everything. I love my friends' kids, but really really would love our own.
