Early pregnancy symptoms of UTI 5 weeks tomorrow

I’m really scared of a misscarridge.
im 5 weeks tomorrow. Today I had what I thought was the start of a UTI. And I took a sample to the doctors then & there explained early pregnant etc, it was dipsticks ans they said nothing was wrong.

however it was burning once I had weed like the feeling of still needing to go in your bladder.

anyway I keep getting a few marks when wiping which I’ll upload. Guys what colour do you think it is? I’m worried I saw grey earlier and I really don’t want it do be a misscarridge😢

Ask them to send a sample to the lab as it may pick up more than it does on a dip stick. I've had many instances of this. Get the first wee of the day to take in. Afterwards drink lots of water to help the severity of symptoms.
You can also have uti like symptoms when there is swelling or changes to hormones that can affect your bladder or urethra.
Pregnancy can affect you kidney function, so again, get them to send a sample to the lab if you have ongoing pain or blood.
