Implantation pains?

Hi

I'm a newbie here and I think I?m going slightly bonkers!

Only been TTC for the last month and AF is due on Sunday (29). I'm not 100 per cent sure I ovulated because the sticks I bought off the internet suggested I had but my CB fertility monitor showed highs for 5 days but no peak and a low this morning.

Now I've got a wierd stabbing sensation in my right side like I'm ovulating and I literally cannot stop peeing! Last night I was up 4 times, which is very unusual for me plus I feel slightly sick.

Do you think these could be implantation pains and the Clearblue monitor missed me ovulating?

I know this could be wishful thinking but keen to know if anyone can shed some light on this?

I had a type of period pain which I think was implantation pain but nothing else. I think the peeing thing might be a coincidence. I can't imagine why you;d pee more at that stage but someone might correct me.

Hope you got plenty planned for Sat to keep your mind occupied
Have you considered testing early? if your cycle is regular, many tests should work now - particularly if you could bear to leave it tonight and test first thing tomorrow morning?
Good luck !

I tested this morning and BFN but I could be due on Sun if a 30 day cycle as it does vary between 30-32 so who knows!
To be honest, I think the monitor would've picked up if I was peaking so I think it's unlikely but having read lots of stories on here, it would seem there's no hard and fast rules to TTC!

i had very severe period type pains on the day i tested and found a BFP. I was due on the tuesday, got a BFN that day, left it two days - was sat on sofa with this horrendous tummy ache and feeling overwhelmingly tired - so tested for the sheer hell of it...BFP - I am now still horrendously tired but no more tummy ache (7weeks)

Lol at "have straws, will clutch"

It does sound promising but ofc you won't know until you can test - am crossing my fingers for you though

cupcakeandtea · 27/06/2008 15:51

Thanks. I've got my fingers crossed too but as it's the first month TTC I'd be amazed if I got a BFP. I've probably got trapped wind or something!

oh and from experience First Response was way more sensitive than my cheapy ebay "early detection" tests.

cupcakeandtea · 27/06/2008 15:59

Thanks Neeerly3. I was wondering about how reliable the cheap ebay ones were. Perhaps I'll get one on the way home and put myself out of my misery!
