Is this positive?!

Is this a positive!! I have PCOS and haven’t been on contraceptives for over 2 years, without even a hint of a line. Feeling super crampy today though and like my period could start any second so a bit worried. Not sure when I ovulated as wasn’t tracking but last DTD on 16th July.

I do see a line but it’s very faint so it’s difficult to say for sure that’s it’s not an evaporation line. It definitely could be positive but I would test again in a couple of days to make sure.
