Could cramps, nausea and indigestion at 6dpo be an early symptom?

Hey! I am roughly 9dpo today.
I experienced something weird at 6dpo. I had indigestion, nausea and cramps for 9 hours then it went. Ever since then I’ve had suttle cramps all over my stomach? Could this be a symptom? Thank you!

At 6dpo no. The earliest you can implant is 6dpo with 8-10 being the average and then it takes a couple of days for HCG to rise after implantation. Cramping could be a symptom though. If it's caused by HCG you should show positive on a test, good luck!

Doesn’t sound at all likely, sometimes we just get indigestion. Good luck though!

This happened to me the other day. I was sick and exhausted, off food and stuck in bed at 5 and 6dpo but lots of googling told me it couldn’t be due to pregnancy, it feels a bit cruel though doesn’t it!
