Hey all :)
Currently 9 dpo. This is my first time actually tracking my bbt.
I have spent endless hours looking at different charts. I haven’t seen one similar to mine this far. I have very little faith but has anyone had a similar chart that resulted in a BFP?
I am sadly holding onto very little faith ttc

I had to stop doing BBT because I was reading in to every single temperature and it made me unwell. Your first temp dip after ovulation is likely a fall back rise or a second oestrogen surge. Honestly, I don't think charts can tell you much apart from confirming O. The only way you can know for certain if you're pregnant from a chart is if you have 18 high temps in a row by which point most people would have done a positive test anyway. If it doesn't stress you out too much continuing to take temps after you've confirmed O there's no harm continuing but equally some people stop for the cycle after they've confirmed as it can be a bit overwhelming.

You are definitely right, I’ve been obsessing and looking at different charts trying to compare it to mine and it is driving me crazy. I think I’ll be be putting it down :) thank you
