Is this a chemical?

Hi all
I'm so stressed and upset. Is this looks like a chemical?
All with FMU, although woken up each evening around 1/2am for a wee.. so not like a full night hold.
Last one taken today, my period was due yesterday. The one the day before yesterday looks darker😭

I felt pregnant and nauseous from the first day I've tested which was on Thursday, nauseous and out of breath and unwell, then started to feel better from Saturday onwards. Today I feel nothing, just cramping. No bleeding yet but I assume this was it and I should expect AF? 😭

Is this a chemical?

Another 2 I've taken yesterday, clearblue looks a tiny bit fainter now then it did when I took it, superdrug test was taken around 1pm after a 3 hour hold. Was nice and strong and I calmed down but stressing again due to the FRER this morning.. I expected that to be much much darker not lighter 😭

I know it's not what you want to hear but no one here will be able to tell you. Line progression doesn't actually mean anything, because even with FMU you can be more or less hydrated depending on drinking in the night, how much you had day before etc. Also doubling time is 48-72 hours so it might just not have doubled yet. Midwives tell people not to do it. You've got a line, you're pregnant, stop testing. You'll only know if you bleed.

However for me, when I had a chemical, my lines were way fainter than that, never got that dark and only showed up the day before I started bleeding. I also had mild cramps during my successful pregnancy, some light bleeding at 7 weeks, and symptoms came and went during it, so please don't read into these either.

@kateeea i'm really sorry to hear you are going through a stressful and confusing time ❤it might be a chemical, it might not, it can be hard to tell how things are going with tests as they often don't give a linear result (i.e getting darker every day) especially early on. I think the best thing you can do is be super kind to yourself, do you think you could hold off testing for a couple of days and see what happens? I understand how hard it is to step away from the tests though. Do you have a partner or anyone to support you? Sending you a big hug xx

Thank you both.
I wish I didn't test so early.. my last pregnancy i tested when I was 4 days late and it was a strong positive, did a digital that told be 3-4 weeks and that's it. No more tests.

My husband told me to stop testing but I find it hard. Like I just want one dark line and would be ok to stop😩🥲
I don't have anymore FRER though, I have one superdrug left and I plan to wait until Thursday when I'm 4 days late but who knows if I accidently pee on it tomorrow..
Just can't stop worrying and thinking about anything else. It's the not knowing that's killing me.

@kateeea I really feel for you, it's so hard not to be consumed by something so important. Even when you know worrying won't change the outcome. I really hope this progresses for you, keep us updated. Crossing fingers x
