Late Period, Negative tests

Good morning,

I was hoping if I could have some help with understanding, any experiences etc.

So I'd like to start off with I already have a DD, I was 27, I found out via a missed period and my tests where dye stealers. Now in that whirlwind I never really took much detail down on how late I was. Until recently I did a calculator and I was 7 days late according to this calculator. I never had much symptoms to begin with - all I remember is I cramped a bit then nothing, we spent ages racing around trying to find pregnancy tests. Because I made a joke about taking a test to start my period (I can still do that trick 😂). Well more fool me.

Anyways after my daughter I had really struggled with weight, no periods for a couple of years, drs visits, nothing wrong with me according to exams and tests, I went on mounjaro lost a bit of weight, gained some regulation in periods, that was 2024. I kept my regular cycle of 27 - 29 from 2024 until now.

Also like to preface this I have a new partner and we are trying to conceive without too much fuss - but I'd like to have my cycles normal 😂.

In May I was due on 2nd, I had on and off spotting for 2 days, nothing then a very very light period starting 5th and ending around the 9th. This putting me at a cycle of 33.

Ovulation on the app was putting me at 19th May, but I know my body would do it a bit later, nonetheless, me and my partner DTD multiple times that week to try and catch my egg.

This month? I was due on 5th June, no spotting but cramping, sore boobs, no appetite, fatigue, basically the cruel trick of is it period or pregnancy. So here goes my trick of starting my period - negative, cool, period your turn. Nothing. Couple more times. Nothing. I did first morning urine this morning and it's a stark negative. Still cramping on and off, still put off by food, still no period.

So, I was wondering how late where you when you got a positive? Or what route you took afterwards when it was 100% a negative - did you take ovulation strips to judge that month's ovulation, to restart the cycle?

Sorry for the long winded post, sometimes background history is better for the full pic.
