Could these symptoms at 10dpo mean pregnancy after stopping the pill?

Hi Guys! So I'm 27 and stopped taking the pill a month ago.
Life has been busy and we have only DTD once which was in my 'fertile window'. This would put me around 10dpo.
We aren't actively trying but also if pregnancy happens, it happens kinda thing!

But I've been having some strange symptoms. Halfway through my lunch yesterday (of a tuna sandwich which i LOVE), the look and taste made me gag and I couldnt finish it.
We also went to the pub yesterday and I had 1.5 pints and i was very drunk (I can normally drink a fair bit before that). I also was very argumentative with my partner and had an argument with him (we rarely argue).

This morning I sent him to the shop and specifically asked for a can of coke (craving and ice cold can of coke). He came back and had forgotten and I actually cried because I needed one so badly....
I've just had that moment where i've stopped and thought wtf... and being pregnant has sprung to mind.
So, I've also got egg-white like clear stretchy discharge and have been thinking the last few days my period is due to start because of the cramps ive been experiencing. I would only be 10dpo!
Just wanted to know other peoples thoughts/ what made you stop and think 'hang on am I pregnant..'
X

Normally if HCG is high enough to cause symptoms then it should be high enough to show on a test. If the symptoms are only caused by progesterone then that happens after you’ve ovulated whether pregnant or not. After being on the pill for a while you possibly don’t know how your body responds normally to rising progesterone. I’d wait 2 more days then test. The vast majority of people will get a positive test at 12dpo. Use a digital test or one that uses pink dye only.
