TTC after secondary infertility...

Looking for anyone to chat to, vent to, share experiences with...

My story is that I experienced secondary infertility when trying for DC2 and after 18 months, managed to get pregnant on Clomid.

We are now trying for baby 3 (!) but no luck after 7 months. I've put myself back on Clomid (I have lots left from my last prescription) and am really hoping this may do the trick again.

Is anyone else TTC after secondary infertility? Or giving Clomid a go? I'm feeling apprehensive it won't happen this time as I'm 37 and my AMH was low end of normal when tested 5 years ago :/

I'm only doing the Clomid as I have it in the cupboard and it is too tempting not to. I don't think I would have made the appointment to get more TBH...

And it is not that I don't really want number 3, it is more that I feel so lucky with the 2 I have and don't want to stress or take time away from them, and if I went down the fertility testing, meds etc. route, I know I'd get totally swept away in it!

Thank you for asking! I have one final round of Clomid and I'm on day 2 of taking it. My DH has started making murmurings about 'maybe it is not meant to be' which is a bit gutting. But he is still on board, so we'll go all out this month. I've read about beetroot/ginger/watermelon juice being good for implantation so they've all been added to my online shopping list !

I do am ttc and diagnosed with unexplained secondary infertility. Currently ttc for 3 years and 10 months. I have tried everything under the sun and now giving up - its exhausting 😪
