Hey ladies 💞

We’ve been TTC for a few months now. This cycle I’ve decided to try out the easy@home OPKs. My cycles are 26 days on average so I’m currently CD10, would you say this was a positive or getting there? I don’t want to miss the surge/ovulation 🙏🏻 I’ll also include my tests taken on CD8 and 9. Thank you x

That last one is a positive

Springcloud26 · 31/05/2026 13:39

I’d say positive - I’ve also used the easy@home strips for the first time this cycle and downloaded the Premom app that helps you read them. I also kept testing after my peak and started to see the line get fainter again which was reassuring! Good luck!! 😊

@ByAquaFox @Springcloud26 Thank you! This was this morning and Premom gave me 1.93 as a reading but it still says high rather than peak. Today’s test (attached) seems darker still so maybe I’ll ovulate on CD13? I’m now CD11 and will test again shortly and see how it goes. We DTD late last night and will again tonight I think to make sure we’ve covered what I’m assuming is the best time x

To compare the one I attached last night gave me 1.34 x

@ttcfirsttime26 I was the same, as soon as I got to ‘high’, I dtd every day while I was testing positive just to try and cover it. I also tested 3 times a day when started to get high to catch the peak. It was good to see it start to come down too, I think when the next recorded test was lighter, Premom changed the one before it to ‘peak’ if that makes sense! These were mine if it helps… Only from CD 20 as I’d gone through a pack of CB advanced digital before starting strips (had flashing smileys for 8 days this cycle then ran out of tests). I’m on DPO 4 now assuming I ovulated CD 23.

Thank you @Springcloud26! I just tested around an hour ago and got 2.77 so quite a jump from the 1.93 so I’ll test again this evening and see if it’s still rising or starting to come down. Good luck to you x

@ttcfirsttime26 Fingers crossed for you, let me know how you get on when you test later! x

DinoDances · 31/05/2026 18:05

You ovulate 24-36 hours after you get your first high reading (ie above 1) not necessarily the peak. LH can still reach peak even after you've ovulated as it keeps rising and then progesterone shuts it off. Premom only marks it as a peak after it sees it come down generally anyway. So you're hitting the right timing.

ttcfirsttime26 · 31/05/2026 18:31

Hey @Springcloud26 just done another and apparently it’s now 2.12 so looks as if it is coming down from the 2.77 but I don’t know how reliable these numbers are because it also gave me 1.9 for the same test when I tried it after logging and then 1.6 so who knows! I’m just hoping that dtd last night and tonight will cover the best time x

@DinoDances Thank you, hopefully we’ve timed quite well 🤞🏻 this is just now which is apparently 2.12 so coming down but see above message that it gave me different readings 🤷🏼‍♀️ This still looks very positive to me but obviously premom has now listed the 2.77 as peak and everything else (as it’s all above 1) as high x

I think your timing is good @ttcfirsttime26! 😊

DinoDances · 31/05/2026 20:07

I mean I never get anywhere near that high, maximum I've ever got is a 1.2 and I have a child so definitely ovulated haha! I only ever see above 1 first thing in the morning, like it'll be 1.07 in morning, then 0.5 later on the day, then 1.1 again the next morning. So they are quite sensitive to how much you've drunk. I think it's something to help indicate, but need to take individual readings with a pinch of salt and just know you're ovulating around now.

Thought I’d post this from my premom app. We didn’t get to dtd today/tonight as we’ve been super busy and only just getting into bed now with 6am alarms set for work tomorrow but hopefully we still had good timing 🙏🏻
