Are you bleeding? What makes you think chemical? Particularly if you had a chemical pregnancy last month there’s a good chance you just ovulated a couple of days late this month. It’s stressful but it’s just a case of wait and see.

No not bleeding
just weird to have positive test at day of expected AF since before it was clear (the tests, even those promised to show 6 days before missed period)
plus the lines are so fade again as with chemical

thank you for your reply

I know it's frustrating but I don't think you can know unless the lines don't get darker or start bleeding. For some cycles it's completely normal to only get a positive the day of your missed period, as you might have ovulated later, or implantation took 11/12 days then it takes a few days for hcg to show up.

Fingers crossed it progresses for you. I know how confusing and frustrating a chemical pregnancy is.

It totally depends on how long your LP is, the ‘6 days before missed period’ would never work with me because my LP is only 10 days long, so I’d really only be 4DPO. You might have implanted later this time, the only way to know is to test again & see if it’s getting darker/potential bleeding
