Should a faint positive test be darker on my missed period day?

I can see a line, but its still very faint, today is the day of my missed period and its an ultra early 6 days test.

Do you think it should be darker?

For context at the end of 2025 I had a MMC at 11 weeks and that started like this, positive tests but not really clear lines.

Thanks for any responses, I just really want it to stick! We havent had any other positive tests since my MC in Nov so reaaaaally hoping for this one!

That’s definitely a positive test your still so early and it’s the 1st day if your really worried your doctor may offer a hcg blood test and repeat it. I’ve been offered after 3 miscarriages

Yes, I had bloods taken on the 12th Hcg 77 and then again on the 14th Hcg was 197 so everything seems OK so far, finger crossed!

I also did a repeat test 49 hrs after the first and it looked darker, really hopeful for our rainbow baby 🙏
