I was advised by my local fertility clinic when TTC #1 that a good quality vitamin D supplement is important, they advised me to start one.

My clinic advised me high dose vitamin d and folic acid is all thats really essential.
I also took OVA her supplements. The pink box. Ive only ever seen them on boots website.
Could be a coincidence but from struggling for 20 years to get pregnant and going through ivfs, i suddenly became extremely fertile . I was planning another ivf cycle and I became pregnant naturally every cycle for 4 cycles in a row and while i keep losing it , probably my medical issues and age as im 40 , the last time stuck and im now 12 weeks. My body was in the worst condition it could have been , id gained so much weight since my son and I was eating terribly but I really do think the high vitamin d had something to do with helping me get pregnant. My levels had came back as low as my previous supplements varied from 10 to 25 ug pregnacare and proceive but ova has double that so id definitely recommended making sure your getting enough vitamin d cause that seems to have made a big difference for me

Just looked at Ova because of the previous posters recommendation, it looks pretty good actually.

I take Ovum, quite expensive but has high numbers of the essential supplements.
