You aren't out until AF shows up. Did you retest?

Retested and still BFN and zero symptoms. AF due tomorrow.

On to cycle 2 for #2!

DandelionPockets · 19/05/2026 15:54

@PinkLemonade44 congratulations!!

HelloDarknessmyoldfrenemy · 19/05/2026 16:31

@PinkLemonade44 Congratulations!! Fingers crossed for a sticky bean for you.

@DandelionPockets Sorry to hear about the BFN/ early chemical! That’s rubbish. Hope you are ok.

I’m on CD31. My app is claiming I ovulated 4 days ago but I don’t think I did. Had a little bit of what I think is EWCM today so hoping my body is gearing up for another attempt at ovulation!

ThisHangryTiger · 20/05/2026 09:13

@PinkLemonade44 congratulations!

I've been quite quiet the last month or so. Had a holiday and then a bereavement with some complicated grief. Silver linings is it kept my brain occupied in the TWW. I'm 11 dpo and BFN. I'm sure on day 8 though I felt a tiny internal tickle for 15 seconds or so (totally symptom spotting 😅) but today I've had a tiny bit of brown so I'm keeping fingers crossed it's implantation and just too early to detect anything on a test. My tests are all 10 ml, the FRER ones seem super expensive and these easy at home are pretty cheap.

Glittertint · 20/05/2026 22:23

3dpo. Hoping this tww goes fast!

struggling mentally today as just tired of not getting pregnant and all my friends are who just don’t get how it feels to be in this position a second time around (we took 13 months with our DD)

I know I should be like ok because we haven’t passed 13 months yet and maybe this is our normal but never ever talks about how hard it is to not be the “I got pregnant first try” or other extreme of “I need ivf” couple - it just feels invalid everywhere like it’s not acceptable to feel down on it as we aren’t the extreme (yet)! Not sure if I’m making much sense haha

ChasingRainbow5 · 21/05/2026 07:49

@Glittertint it makes perfect sense and I’m sorry. You’re completely within your rights to feel down and hopefully this is a place to vent if there’s no one who really understands IRL. Be kind to yourself, I’m a big advocate of treats for any reason so have, do or plan something nice today 💕

Thank you ❤️ I agree and I am so much kinder to myself than I ever used to be! I went out with a friend last night and she is so supportive and understanding. She has a 7 month old and she said to me “how do you want me to be” and I said “just positive and excited for that this month could be it” and it was so refreshing and made me realise that some of my closer friends just don’t get it, I never felt the support even with my miscarriage (despite one of them having a miscarriage in the past too). I think I need to just protect my space a little more with them.

we’ll all get there eventually 🥰

I’m not going insane, right? There is something there? Fingers crossed these aren’t like those horrible false positives I had the other month :(

@ShivWesker I can see it... 🤞🤞

BountifulPantry · 22/05/2026 14:01

Just entering the 2 week wait urgh! What does everyone think about the 6 days early pregnancy tests? Are they worth it? Are they accurate?

Sunnybow94 · 22/05/2026 14:13

@ShivWesker I can see it too.

ShivWesker · 22/05/2026 14:14

I’m wary to believe it after getting false positives with these tests a cycle or two ago. I do feel weird though so keeping all my fingers and toes crossed aha 🫶

I took one with my third baby and found them to be rather accurate. I favour FRER tests over the CB ones but the CB one with me was correct. She’s four now aha.

@BountifulPantry I am too but I don’t have much hope this month. I was sick so only ended up dtd once around ovulation.
I think the 6 days early tests aren’t great and can cause anxiety but I’m also a massive hypocrite and have used them every month of trying 😆 it’s hard not to.

This is the thing- are these tests just going to cause me more problems, obsessive testing etc?

Hmmm…

PinkLemonade44 · 22/05/2026 15:26

Having issues now too, the HCG tests are still faint lines 4 days after first testing, not getting darker, and other pregnancy tests are such a mix of faint lines or 'not pregnant' on digital and I'm going crazy

ChasingRainbow5 · 22/05/2026 15:39

@Sunnybow94 you never know, once is all it takes!

@BountifulPantry I don't think I've tried the 6 day early tests, the earliest I've ever had a positive (with FRER/CB/easy at home) is 10DPO. And I've always sworn I'd wait til 12 😂

@PinkLemonade44 that sounds stressful, I'm sorry. How many DPO are you?

PinkLemonade44 · 22/05/2026 16:33

thanks @ChasingRainbow5 around 14-15 DPO, I just did another test and very obviously not positive so I think it was a chemical :(

ChasingRainbow5 · 22/05/2026 16:39

@PinkLemonade44 I'm so sorry Flowers

Glittertint · 22/05/2026 21:13

@PinkLemonade44 so sorry if it’s a chemical, they’re horrible to go through. Look after yourself ❤️

Poppybloom55 · 14/05/2026 14:32

Also in my fertile window! Expecting to ovulate tomorrow. Then the dreaded TWW begins 😑

6dpo Poppy fingers crossed, feeling oddly chilled out and not doing my head in with symptom checking for what feels like the first time in a long time.
