TTC with PCOS- supplement recommendations

I’m just looking for recommendations on what supplements to take to help TTC with PCOS. My partner and I had a surprise pregnancy earlier this year which sadly ended in miscarriage at 8 weeks, with it being a surprise pregnancy I wasn’t taking anything in advance and on the 3 scans I had the sonographers mentioned my ovaries looked polycystic so I’m wondering if that contributed!

The surprise pregnancy made us realise we were ready for this so we are going to start TTC properly once my cycle regulates post miscarriage and I’ve continued taking folic acid and vitamin d in preparation. I know the miscarriage could be entirely unrelated to the PCOS but any recommendations of stuff I could add in to maximise our chances of a successful pregnancy next time would be fab 😊

focus on wholefoods, low GI to keep blood sugar stable.

PCOS can be linked to insulin resistance so a whole foods diet that keeps blood sugar stable can help. Best wishes!

Inofolic or any other myo inositol. I take the procieve one but that is expensive. You can bulk buy it online. You take one or two teaspoons a day in water, yoghurt or hot drink.

I’ve just purchased OVAher and the OVAhim, because it isn’t just on us ladies!, from boots after lots of research, really focusing on my protein and choline intake (free range eggs), drinking lots of water. Less coffee 🥲 Hoping for the best!
