Hope you’re okay @SKLM I’m interested to know how many weeks you are too. From your last message, I’m sorry to hear you’ve been struggling with nausea ect. I had horrendous sickness for most of my pregnancy with my daughter, to a point where I couldn’t work, leave the house and lost loads of weight. I was on medication for it, but it didn’t help much. So I really sympathise with you. It’s something that worries me about being pregnant again, but it’s 13 years later and with a different man .. so it might be different this time around.

@Bubs94 thats great news about dtd during all of your fertile window! Fingers crossed for you.

I have decided not to monitor my windows for a little while. I removed all my apps and cycle tracking from my phone. I know roughly when my period is due, but that’s as much as I’m doing. I want to feel how my body reacts during cycles and then reintroduce monitors later on.

I have been struggling just lately though. On Wednesday I was ready to walk away from my marriage and home. Without going in to detail, we are in a legal battle with my MIL but the issues are problematic for our business, home life and have really taken a toll on us mentally. It’s horrendous and our solicitor is making it worse by being crap. So since then I’ve begun talking to a new one. I just really hope we can resolve it. No baby will want to grow in my body with how I feel at the minute :(

@PandaLife sounds like you are having a rough time. It's very draining trying to do something positive like having a baby when the circumstances around you are stressful or difficult. I hope that the new solicitor is more competent than the previous one - the last thing you need is being let down on that side of things X

It's not the same but I'm going through redundancy at the same time as finding out we are pregnant. I have my job until August, and i'm not looking forward to attending job interviews pregnant and trying to negotiate working only for a couple of months before going on Mat leave. I am estimating 8 weeks today - got an early scan next weekend to check viability so I'll let you all know how that goes x

@SKLM sorry to hear that. Did you find out about the redundancy before or after you fell pregnant? It must be really stressful for you as it’s very uncertain. You will get through it though, sometimes life throws us these challenges for a reason. Xx

Hey 👋 hope everyone's having a good weekend.

I'm 10dpo today (I think, my opks and temperature on my watch didn't really match) and BFN. Honestly pretty soul crushing to be onto month 9 as I could have grown a literal whole ass baby in the time we've been trying 😅 We were crap at shagging this month (DH working lots of late nights) but I still dared to hope!

I'm starting to think if it doesn't happen in the next couple of cycles we will just stop - we don't have the money for IVF and I don't think I could mentally do it anyway. I know we could just carry on trying and see what happens but I feel like the uncertainty every month just wouldn't make life enjoyable.

Sorry for the glum thoughts on a Saturday night! And sorry to hear about your redundancy @SKLM and about your troubles with MIL @PandaLife 😔

@Bubs94 hi there, sorry I’ve been a bit mia. Aw great to see ur getting close to knowing althou I know it prob still feels ages away. Amazing how 5-6 days can feel so long at this stage isn’t it.

i am ticking along, 6 weeks and feeling like time is going so slow. Have a scan at 7 weeks so really hoping we can see enough to give some reassurance.
@SKLM @PandaLife sorry you are both going through tough times, ttc / early pregnancy isn’t easy on it own so when u have other things stressing u on top its such a challenge. Hoping all works out for u both with job & MIL/ partner ❤️

@MamaOooh I hear u on the drawing a line at some point, it’s so tough to go month after month holding hope and then sadness etc.. we had done this, this was our last cycle ttc and we were taking a break/ possibly stopping. Everything crossed for u 🤞🏽

@PandaLife I found out after I became pregnant. I have a job interview in a couple of weeks, hopefully i will get the post so I have some security to come back to after mat leave.

@DmcinT when are you going for your scan? I am having my early scan tomorrow at 3pm. Excited and nervous!

I haven’t been tracking whatsoever this cycle which is quite nice. It’s in the back of my mind but I’m not obsessing over it and I haven’t been tempted to check ovulation strips or anything. I am assuming I am very close to ovulation as I could hump every man I see at the minute 😂 I have a busy couple of weeks, so I imagine the tww will soon fly by. I have an unrelated doctors appointment tomorrow and I plan on mentioning TTC as it’s been over 7 months.

@PandaLife I think it's really forward thinking of you to mention TTC to your doctor, you never know what they might suggest or recommend. How are you feeling not tracking this month? I hope you are okay X

I had my scan today - measuring 8 weeks, single pregnancy thankfully!! Lovely flickering heart beat, all is looking healthy. The sonographer said based on where it has implanted the egg was probably released from my right side, which is where I had my ovulation pain. Nice to know it all adds up. No fluid where it shouldn't be, ovaries looking fine etc 😀

@SKLM awww that’s so lovely to hear 🥰🥰 I’m really glad to hear things are well and you saw the little heartbeat. I bet it made everything feel real and worth all the heartache you’ve been through to reach this point.

I actually feel good about not tracking. I think I needed to, with all the stress of the MIL stuff, having another thing weighing heavy on my mind wouldn’t be healthy.

Not sure if anyone’s still hanging around here - but I’m confused and needing to get it off my chest!

Had a test with what I thought was an evap line at 13dpo, and then the tiiiiiiniest bit of old brown cm that night. Wrote it off as another cycle over and assumed AF was on her way.

AF was due 15dpo - had mild cramping but nothing like my usual period - some weird symptoms outside of my norm like sore heavy boobs yesterday, some hot flushes/night sweats, feeling a bit nauseous this morning.
17dpo today and still no sign of AF. Haven’t been late at all since coming off the mini-pill at Christmas - was really regular after my first month.

Didn’t have any other tests in the house so picked some up yesterday afternoon and got what I think was a faint positive but honestly barely visible to the naked eye - but an app scanner read positive. Was really getting my hopes up.

Ordered some more off Amazon which just arrived and got the starkest white bfn.

Logic tells me it’s probably a chemical pregnancy and AF will turn up in a few days but my heart is still
clinging on to the fact I haven’t tested with FMU and maybe tomorrow it will all be ok 😔

DP is out and thinking I might wait and test in the morning before I tell him - he’s reading a lot into AF being late and getting hopeful but I haven’t told him about either yesterday or today’s tests.

It’s so confusing and I completely understand how you’re feeling. I had everything you are describing but before my missed period last month. I had some positive tests and then I started spotting and tested negative and AF arrived in full force and a bit heavier than usual. I didn’t tell me husband until after ovulation this month because I didn’t want to get his hopes up again.
see how you get on with your fmu. Got my fingers crossed for you x

Hey @TurtleGroove that must be so confusing and frustrating at the same time.

I think when AF is late (but only by a few days) you could possibly see a positive not using FMU but it would depend how hydrated you are too, so could be why you’ve had a negative.

If you can, hold out to test in the morning first thing and hopefully that’ll give you a more clear answer. I’m keeping everything crossed for you xx

Thanks both - definitely not testing again today and will give it a go with FMU tomorrow. Obviously went a spiral trying to find stories of women who didn’t get a clear positive until later and they do exist!

Hey ladies. Supposedly 11dpo today. For the past few days I’ve not been feeling great; dizziness, nauseous, bloated etc. Not sure if it’s pregnancy related or cruel pms. Not long done a first response and I swear I see the faintest line. Has anyone had any experiences with the test where they are like really close to DDay and the line is only slightly visible to the naked eye and it get stronger? I can’t work out if my period will come tomorrow or. And what day I actually ovulated on so might even be 10dpo. I’m probably clutching at straws here because I want it so bad but yeah, just wanted to ask if anyone has had any similar experiences x

@Bubs94 hey, I hope you are okay in the heat. With the first response - the ones I got around 10dpo that I posted here were very faint indeed. Do you have a picture? I know you must be feeling stressed at this time of the month, another tww. Sending you positive thoughts x

Morning @SKLM period due date today so we shall see. Woken up feeling sicky, but not sure if that’s due to period. Temp is still up though. Usually when my period is due my temp drops right down the night before. Maybe I ovulated a bit later and I may not be due until tomorrow or something x

@SKLM thank you, don’t have much hope if I’m honest.
yeah I did. Got a really strong peak so the app calculated ovulation the next day but know it can sometimes be the day after that. But yes, we shall see x

@SKLM I’m good thank you. Imagine I’m within my tww now, possibly coming in to the second week ..
I have tests here but weirdly, I’m not tempted to test. It’s quite nice actually, it’s in the back of my mind but not at the forefront so isn’t consuming my thoughts. It was definitely a break I needed.

So due on today, feeling heavy lower down but no period yet. Had one tiny pink of the most pale pink when I wiped earlier but nothing since. Very weird for me because I always come on my predicted AF due date. Be interesting what my temp does overnight. It always drastically drops as my period is coming but hasn’t done that yet. If I’m not pregnant this is really cruel of my body. 12dpo today and tested negative sooo I just don’t know what to think
