Ovulation tests

Hello,
looking for a bit of advice. I am trying to track my ovulation cycle to try for baby 2. I have used the clear blu and cheap tests for the past week. There is always a faint line on the cheap ones and a constant flashing face on the clear blu. Haven’t yet reached my peak and starting to feel disheartened. Anyone else experience such a long time before actual ovulation?

When you say the past week, what CD are you & how long are your cycles usually? Peoples ov dates can vary by quite a lot. I usually don’t ov until CD18

Thanks for your reply. My cycle has been all over post partum (however I’m now 18 months but didnt period back until 14months pp) so I can’t say with really which cycle day I am 🤷🏼‍♀️ I just noticed more CM and felt like I was starting to ovulate. I guess that’s why I was hopeful I would get the positive ovulation. I’ll probably just need to keep going.
