First month tracking BBT while TTC: is my post ovulation temperature low?

Hi all- this is the first month I’ve tracked my bbt. Ttc baby number 2 and about 9 months in now (it took 12 months for baby 1). Im 36.

I’m definitely a newbie to bbt but from what I can see, do people think my temp post ovulation looks pretty low? My natural cycles did confirm ovulation but it’s pretty up and down and there doesn’t appear to be a massive spike.

if anyone could provide any insights I would really appreciate it- thank you :)

Hi there, your hormones fluctuate during your cycle, hence the up and downs in temp, my graph would look quite similar to yours. My understanding of it is, as long as your temp stays above your trend line there, natural cycles is correct in catching your ovulation, it would only be if your temp bottomed out to your pre ovulation temps for a few days in a row that you may need to question it

This is just from my experience of BBT, but I hope this helps a bit
