Before BFP

Before your BFP, did you have usual PMS symptoms? Particularly things such as hot flashes, less/same CM as I have these during PMS and having it now at 8-9DPO. I’m I’ve had 4 cycles since my missed miscarriage and post D&C.

For me I had light cramping that isn’t usual for me before my period. 1st pregnancy I had nipple soreness which I never get before my period (water hitting them in the shower hurt) and also I had some nausea. My CM increased in volume slightly before BFP but didn’t notice a change with body temp (wasn’t tracking it though).

No pms symptoms just felt like I was getting sick or something. Energy was 0, headache and just felt off. But was about 5 weeks at that stage before I took a test. Before AF was supposed to arrive, no symptoms.
