First month TTC after ectopic

Found out I was pregnant in December but sadly found out if was ectopic and went on to try methotrexate treatment but it failed as my levels were too high so now I’m TTC with only one tube.

This is our first month back TTC and already getting my hopes up 😭
im 6dpo and I know realistically it’s too early for symptoms but I already have had heartburn all day today which was my first early symptom last time and also with my second and first baby 🥲

Hi @givingitanothergo Sorry to hear about your ectopic. Did you have a tube removed?

Going forward, I've had positive tests at around 8dpo - 10dpo so, if say you're not far off of being able to test for faint positives! Fingers crossed for you this cycle 🤞🏻

yes unfortunately I had to have surgery to remove my tube and my levels were too high and not really dropping

yes I had a positive at 10dpo with my last baby ! And with ectopic I was 10dpo, though I’m sure I had a faint line on 9dpo. Was thinking to test on 10dpo - if I can wait that long 😂

Hi I just wanted to comment and say I’ve had 2 ectopics 1 tube removed and other with methotrexate, after my first that ended in emergency surgery to remove the tube I got pregnant straight away and went on to have 3 living children :)

I do feel very lucky to have 2 children already but having another pregnancy has just made me want another baby even more, so I really hope it can happen again 😭
