Could I be pregnant?

Mum of 2, 34. Had sex last day of period. 2 weeks later I’m having symptoms such as nausea, some abdominal discomfort, lots of discharge. I’ve also had some bleeding/spotting onto tissue when I wipe etc which is very odd for me (although it has happened when pregnant both times). I think I felt some ovulation pain about a week after sex. Pregnancy tests negative but obviously not due on any time soon. I feel like these could be pregnancy symptoms, but also think it would be wayyyy too early to experience any. Has anyone had similar?

Probably not. It would be extremely unlikely that any sperm survived until ovulation.

Take another test in a week though.

Very unlikely. But having unprotected sex could mean pregnancy as a general rule. But yes very unlikely. Just test again in a week or two. Use contraception if you don’t want to worry like this 🙂

I agree it’s unlikely. Sperm can only survive a maximum of 5 days. Obviously you could have ovulated very early. But most people will get an obvious positive 2 weeks after conception so it should still be showing by now.

Thanks, I will do. We aren’t worried just curious!
