Late ovulation in short cycle advice

Today I got a positive on my opk at day 18, meaning I'll likely ovulate at day 19. My cycles are normally 24/25 days with ovulation around day 12 so this is very late for me.

I've been ttc for around 6 months now after a tfmr last year so im worried that this month is already out.

I did have a stomach bug around 2 weeks ago so maybe that delayed ovulation?
I don't know, has anyone had any experience of this or any advice?

Yes being unwell could well have delayed your ovulation. Late ovulation doesn’t mean you’re or this month. For the majority of people your luteal phase (second half of cycle between ovulation and period) will stay roughly the same. So if you have a late ovulation it will likely mean your period will be late. So if you normally ovulate on day 12 and get your period on day 25 - that’s a 13 day luteal phase. If you ovulate on day 19 you’ll likely expect your period on day 32. So I wouldn’t either worry OR get your hopes up if your period is “late” this month. If you don’t have a period after 13 days then you could test.
