I think I may have conceived naturally, to my absolute shock!!!

I have PCOS and endometriosis (awaiting surgery as I have an adhered ovary). Me and DH decided to stop preventing pregnancy with the view of “if it happens it happens”. I have a DS (10yo) from previous IVF (unexplained infertility) with my now ex-husband. I had further IVF which resulted in a chemical pregnancy.
I told my DH that it’s unlikely to ever happen, but we both have child/ren from previous so we’d just see what happened. I ordered myo-insitol to give us a better chance as I read great reviews about it settling PCOS cycles. This was our first month!! I didn’t even believe that I’d ovulate naturally.

Am I going crazy?! Probably not, but I certainly feel like it 😲

Thank you! Any reassurance makes it feel a bit more real! This was 4pm this afternoon, so I’m going to test again tomorrow with FMU. If that’s positive I’ll get a digital to tell DH. Honestly, my mind is blown! 🫶🏼

Thank you all! Officially need to tell DH tonight now. I’m still in so much shock that my body managed it. I never thought this day would happen.

Just thought I’d update. I’m 17DPO (4w3-4d) and the attached picture is a 48hr comparison from today and 15DPO ☺️
I plan to do another digital weeks on Monday/Tuesday (Tuesday I should be 5 weeks pregnant), and if that has progressed to 2-3 weeks then I will book a private viability scan for around 6w4d.
After my previous chemical/missed miscarriage I feel like I just need the reassurance that things are progressing as they should. But this already feels different! Before I had no symptoms and tests never really progressed.
Fingers crossed that things are looking good, although I’m still in disbelief that my body has worked as it should 😅
