Is this pregnancy test positive

I've taken this pregnancy test today at 7dpo and it had a very faint line on. I've had multiple chemical pregnancies. Don't know if I should start my progesterone and low dose asprin which my consultant prescribed from first positive test. Should I wait to start them until I get a more distinct line?

I can definitely see it, I'd be inclined to test in the morning and start then. I had pretty clear positive tests from 8dpo.
