So many!

When we first decided to start trying, I bought 'It Beings With the Egg.' She has a supplement plan in there for various situations e.g. not ovulating/not regularly ovulating. That's the plan I've been following. Whilst admittedly I've not yet got pregnant, my periods have definitely changed.

Amongst others, I'm taking folate, co-enzyme Q10, vitamins B12, C, D and E and inositol.

He's taking the supplements listed in the book for men too.

I took pregnacare for a bit and that seemed to delay ovulation. I was taking the conception max one initially which seemed fine but couldn't get it and had to switch to their normal conception one and that seemed to delay ovulation. I ovulated pretty soon after stopping it and now just take all the supplements separately (I was taking them all before but was using that for folic acid). It is listed on the packaging as a possible side effect.

We also read 'It Starts With the Egg' and prioritised something with methylfolate rather than synthetic folic acid. I used Zita West, just the basic version, and ate two eggs most days for the choline as I preferred that to taking a choline supplement! Fell pregnant fairly quickly.

Hi, I suffered a miscarriage in May last year and then another in August. After some research I started vitamins from September till November and then I became pregnant in December. I am now 25 weeks pregnant with my healthy miracle baby. I don't know if these vitamins had any affect but you can try them and see if they work for you. For reference I am 34 years old and was 33 at the time of both miscarriages. I did also take folic acid and vitamin D but I didn't have the tubs anymore, I have added a picture to show you what vitamins I took ❤️

I will say NAc and folic acid for both of us was the game changer.

Although they are expensive I would really recommend Zita West supplements, I took them throughout TTC, IVF, pregnancy and now while breastfeeding. They have high levels of the recommended vitamins and minerals and methylfolate instead of synthetic folate. I am a teacher and previously picked up so many bugs but since taking Zita West vitamins I have felt great and joked that I would be staying on them even though no longer ttc. I also took ubiquinol as it is meant to be a better form of Coq10 and Better You Vitamin D spray.
