So many!

When we first decided to start trying, I bought 'It Beings With the Egg.' She has a supplement plan in there for various situations e.g. not ovulating/not regularly ovulating. That's the plan I've been following. Whilst admittedly I've not yet got pregnant, my periods have definitely changed.

Amongst others, I'm taking folate, co-enzyme Q10, vitamins B12, C, D and E and inositol.

He's taking the supplements listed in the book for men too.

I took pregnacare for a bit and that seemed to delay ovulation. I was taking the conception max one initially which seemed fine but couldn't get it and had to switch to their normal conception one and that seemed to delay ovulation. I ovulated pretty soon after stopping it and now just take all the supplements separately (I was taking them all before but was using that for folic acid). It is listed on the packaging as a possible side effect.

We also read 'It Starts With the Egg' and prioritised something with methylfolate rather than synthetic folic acid. I used Zita West, just the basic version, and ate two eggs most days for the choline as I preferred that to taking a choline supplement! Fell pregnant fairly quickly.
