I started temping this month on the advice of my acupuncturist. Does this look right? Two of the readings before the spike were done after I’d got out of bed so are probably void. But I’ve read your temp spike and positive OPK shouldn’t be on the same day but mine is, what does that mean? Also, my OPK wasn’t that strong this month. Have I not ovulated this cycle?

I find gpt great for analysing these charts, just put in the both and it will explain exactly what’s happening 🤞🏽❤️

To confirm ovulation, you need three consecutive temps clearly above the previous six. (At least, that's the method I was taught decades ago.) You haven't had that yet. What is your cervical fluid doing? I would not assume that you have ovulated quite yet - so I would continue to ttc if that's your aim and equally continue to abstain/use another method if you are tta. When I was younger I very often had cycles in which there was a build up to ovulation but not actual ovluation, and then it happened again a bit later on and I actually ovulated. This sort of pattern is normal for some women, especially if you tend to have longer cycles.
