Does this mean I'm not ovulating

I am 35(F) trying for a second baby. First time around it happend relatively quickly I was 33 when I got pregnant with my first. I was tracking ovulation and baby dancing when I got my first positive. This time round however I am not getting that first positive. I have been trying for a few months and the test line is always lighter than the control line. I have regular periods and I have not been tracking my BBT but I will do next cycle. Has anyone else been in a similar situation. Is it possible I'm not ovulating? This is an example of what my tests look like

I've never used those strips but I did chart for years and years. It is definitely possible to "build up" to ovulation and then not actually ovulate before doing so later in the cycle. When I was in my 20s and mostly single loads of my cycles were like that and they were often very long (they got a lot more regular once I met my husband, weirdly). If I hadn't been taking my temperature as well it would have been really confusing, but at least with the temps it is clear whether you have ovulated or not.

How many days do you test for? How long are your cycles usually?

Sorry, no advice but I am having the exact same issue!

Keep testing. You can ovulate later than day 17.

I usually start testing from cd10. Also my cycles are quite regular. Around 28-30 days

I have been testing but the lines seem to be going lighter. I think next month I will need to start temp testing.

Last month I tested until I got my period. I have still been testing this month but the lines seem to be going lighter not darker

Sorry to hear that. It's so frustrating. I did not have this issue when I was trying with the first one!
