Cervical mucus

So when I conceived I had thick cervical mucus like more like mucus plug than normal fertile mucus. I've been trying to conceive again but struggling, I waited 14 years for my son and don't have another 14 years to wait. Has this happened to anyone else ie the cm and if so how did you make it happen or how can I replicate it, I've used conceive plus lube and nothing? Thanks for reading xxx

I don’t know, it’s supposed to make it easier for the sperm to do their thing, I didn’t notice much difference to be honest but did happen to get pregnant first time trying it after a year of trying. I think it extended the time that I had CM which otherwise seemed not to be that close in time to actual ovulation

Oh wow congratulations and can I ask when you took it? If I dont catch this month then I'll definitely be trying next month. Did you take a specific brand? Xxx

I just used the boots one that had the right active ingredient and no others, sorry I can’t remember exactly which days - I think it was throughout my fertile window. It wasn’t the only difference that month but I felt like it helped
