Is this a very early miscarriage?

I am cycle day 19 and went to the toilet. This came out. Is it a bad sign and likely a miscarriage?

I think it is still under review. 19 days since the first day of my period. I am currently 5dpo.

An early miscarriage can only happen after implantation, because there has to be a pregnancy established. At 5dpo implantation hasn’t even happened yet x

We can't see the image yet, but if you are only 5dpo then you are not miscarrying as you won't have implanted yet.

Is the image of a bleed / discharge? If so what colour?

I think it is working now? It was like a jelly like texture, and no other blood

A miscarriage would be if you had missed a period and tested positive and then started bleeding and lost the pregnancy.
this could be a pre period bleed but please get advice from your gp for any mid cycle bleeding to be sure
