Implantation shopping!

Here’s my efforts at trying to get a successful implantation this month, courtesy of a Waitrose trip in which I dreaded bumping into someone I know and trying to explain my purchases!

Is there anything you swear by, or believe superstitiously, or has worked for you once before?

I have had two pregnancies up to now (first sadly ended in miscarriage) - first I drank beetroot juice, my current I didn’t

Seed cycling - no idea if it does anything but it made me feel like I was doing something to balance my hormones and was doing this both times

and finally - book flights somewhere 😂 both times I have thought we cant plan our life around this lets book a trip and ended up getting positives both times

I feel like I always stock up on tampons and then fall pregnant. I've deliberately bought them ahead of TTC this week in the hope I conceive and don't need them haha.

The flights is a great one 😅 We have a spa day booked for right after I’ll find out so hoping that has the same effect!
