Recommendations please, what does everybody take?

The pregnacare original worked for me. I was tracking a generic variety of folic acid for about 10 months. Took the pregnacare for 2 months before conception as I read on here that others had had success. I’ve no idea but I did have very good hair and nails through pregnancy. I continued taking it post partum as I prefer the lower daily dose of iron to the higher 3x weekly dose.

I take Ovum, not that it’s worked for me but it seemed the closest to the recommendations in it starts with the egg!
