Fluctuating positive lines- any advice?

Hi everyone!! Has anyone had any experience with line fluctuating? So I’m around 10–11 DPO with confirmed ovulation (BBT rise, LH surge, EWCM) and my temps have stayed elevated throughout. I tested positive yesterday 28/1 but my testing has gone like this… (all FRER):

  • 28/1 AM 07:00– very faint positive
  • 28/1 PM (~8pm) – clearer positive
  • 29/1 early AM (3am)- fainter positive
  • 29/1 early AM (6am)- even fainter positive.

Is this looking like a chemical? I’m hoping it’s because i had a wee at 11pm and then got up and tested at 3 and then again at 6 am and maybe hadn’t left enough time between tests but it will be what it will be! I had a chemical a year ago (so i think I know deep down) but this is my next positive since.

Thanks for reading!!

10/11 DPO is still very early, so don’t worry about faint lines just now. Also, 3 hours between the last two tests will mean your urine was very diluted.

HCG doubles roughly every 48 hours so try tomorrow around 8pm, and try and hold your urine as long as possible, to see how it compares to your clearest test 48 hours earlier xx

Thank you! The top photo here is 20:00 last night and the bottom is 20:00 this evening and I think there’s a little progression so for now i’ve calmed a little but what will be will be!! xx

Comparing four tests all taken within 24 hours at 10dpo is just a recipe for stress. Step away for now.

Hi I think for your sanity try not to do multiple in a day. When I got pregnant instead I did it every other but did 2 together so I wouldn’t doubt a positive result.

I know the dpo for sure bc of IVF
11 dpo both very negative
13dpo both ridiculously faint
15dpo one negative the other I’d have said was negative ordinarily but bc of the previous positive I could MAYBE convince myself of a line

16dpo is the day my clinic said to test and I did 4 - all had a faint line, so faint I was only reassured by the fact it was on all of them.

xxx

My advice is take a digi and then stop testing
these are looking good and definitely positive tests 🥳
