Hi, I suffered a miscarriage early December, and I believe this is my first proper cycle since then. Based on start of my last period, I am CD19 today. Been tracking BBT to confirm when I'd start ovulating again. I assumed I'd ovulate over the weekend as usually it's around CD 14/15 for me, and I had EWCM.
My BBT rose very slightly on Monday and I had some ovulation type aches, I felt.
Then Tuesday I had a BBT dip! (
Yesterday got the first clear rise of almost 0.4°c higher than baseline. Was stable again today.
When do you think I ovulated? That dip on Tue threw me off.
