OPK advice please!

Hey girls!
I have just stopped the combined contraceptive pill this week after being on it for about 1 month (on and off 😅), but have officially decided to TTC!
A question - yesterday my LH test was 0.08 and I've just taken one and it's at 0.43 now - is this a good sign? I do know it's still negative. Should we start having sex now? Roughly how far off could I be from ovulating if I do this month? 🙈 ahhh sorry for all the questions! Xx

Some people have a gradual rise and other people ave a very fast rise.

You are most fertile before ovulation, if there’s already sperm waiting when the egg is released so yes DTD!

You’ll find out over the next few days if you’re a fast peak person or a gradual rise person. It would be worth testing twice a day tomorrow and until there a peak so you don’t miss it.

Hard to say without know which cycle day you're on but it never hurts to do it as much as possible. Also look out for other signs like egg white cervical mucus. Get on it AS SOON AS you see that!
