Oura Ring Temp Tracking

Hello, this is my first cycle tracking my ovulation using my Oura ring because since starting medicated cycles LH testing isn’t reliable for me. Would you say given the temps I ovulated on CD14 or CD16 or even at all?

I don’t think the data is reliable enough to say. Can you keep a digital thermometer by your bed and track your core temperature when you wake each day. That is more reliable

It's difficult to say as if this is your first cycle using oura, its probably not found your usual baseline temp yet to then show an accurate picture of the higher/lower daily temps that it shows in that graph. Ideally you'd see all temps below the line until ovulation then a steady rise above the line afterwards. I'd hazard a guess at CD16 but next cycle will probably be more accurate
